The company is spear headed by L. Kay Rokusek, a Condominium Association Management recognized leader who has proven herself to be a �client first� driven management agent that is driven to deliver an unprecedented standard of performance that other professionals only dream about.

Kay has been successful Agent managing  multi-family communities since 1982.   As management, she serves as a consultant to volunteer boards by professionally managing millions of dollars worth of real estate.  She works with various professionals such as attorneys, accountants, reserve specialists, insurance agents, engineers, and architects in bringing these expert services to each association.

She also provides assistance to the volunteer Board of directors for financial planning and management of the associations.  Which includes creating annual budgets, reviewing assessments, conducting audits, and assisting the Board with their financial policies.

Kay�s market experience includes Washington, Oregon, California, New Mexico and Iowa.  Her human resources background includes personnel recruiting, training, development, and advancement.

Kay won the 2005 Property Manager of the Year award from the Washington State Chapter of the Community Association Institute, and an Honorary Volunteer Award from the same group.  Kay is a member of the Board of Directors for the Washington State Chapter of the Community Association Institute.  She holds an associate�s degree in Interior Design from Northeast Iowa Community College.
